Dark Crystal Woodland

The brief asks for a small, woodland creature to fit into the world of the Dark Crystal. 

So I'm trying to figure out what the woodland would look like and how this creature would exist within it.

All of these leaves look pretty normal but they were all designed and created specifically for this world.

Here the woodland looks a lot more exotic and unusual.
